Let us imagine that Jesus again is walking the earth and that He wishes to commune with His Father in Heaven. First, to what city do you suppose He will travel? Rome? Jerusalem? Nazareth? Or someplace else?

And once He arrives, where do you think He will prefer to pray?

My (predictable) answer is Jerusalem. I believe He would 'Go Up to Jerusalem' just as He did three times a year before ascending into Heaven. I think that first He might pray at the Western Wall and then walk on to a special garden on the Mt of Olives to remain in prayer a rather long while.

He would travel to some secluded spot near wherever he was.

Sao Paolo. In the slums.

Someplace quiet.

I don't think there's anything special about any particular town, region, or continent. I agree with my brother above that he would find a quiet place near wherever he was currently traveling.

The Vatican...the place where He built His Church on the rock, St Peter.

He listens.....he grows quiet.........then he prays silently within himself.....to himself.....and His father, already knowing what He needs, answers Him.

The place in this physical world doesn't really matter.
