Hi all,

I've finally finished the new CF Post Layout. :)

I believe it addresses a few of the issues raised. The layout is much cleaner, less cluttered, and there is now more space for the message posted.

Here are some tips:

1) Click on the USERNAME to get a DropDown Menu of Options.

2) Click on the AVATAR to go to the member's profile.

3) Click on the ONLINE STATUS button next to the avatar to PM the member.

4) The REPORT button is now next to the Edit and Quote buttons.

5) The BLESS and REPUTATION icons are next to the avatar.

I hope you enjoy the new look and new functions.

Take care! :)

Erwin, great job!! The new functions are awsome!!

The only thing I miss and it's kinda silly, so don't even pay me any mind. I liked it when the post from the day before gave "Yesturday" as the post date.

Silly me, I just saw that it still does say that!! I have no excuse for my brainlessness this morning :D

I have been away from the site for a while, and when I came back I was astounded by the changes. I thought "Gee, Erwin must not have a life to do all this." I am truely impressed.
God Bless you Erwin!

Yeah, it runs a whole league of a better ship then before. With the pop down boxes that really break down what you want so you don't need to be dancing through links all day to run a search, or what not. But it's very good, and much easier to use; User friendly :) Keep it up

Only problem I have is with the DHTML, the same problem I have with all vB3s, and that's the question of accessability. What's it like for screen-readers/or >5.* browsers? I note that they don't work in Gecko-based browsers... I'm lucky I chose to use Opera and not Firebird, because otherwise I couldn't access any of those DHTML menus...

Edit: That said, very cool :)

You should use Firebird, it's one of the (if not the) best browsers to run off of.

Oh, it's certainly one of the best. I use Opera myself, but I have Firebird 0.7. As I said, the DHTML menus (the ones that appear when you click on something) don't work. Maybe it's something in my options, I don't know. Anyway, I just generally prefer Opera.

Edit: why Javascript was turned off in Firebird I have no idea... never mind...
