what are your favorite Rosh Ha Shannah dishes?:)

I am making tzimmes. Sweet potatoes, honey, cinammon and carrots are traditional. I also add a white potato, turnips and an apple. Probably also will make chicken and a fruit compote. Gotta get to the veggie store.

well we had apples and honey and round bread.The bluehuckleberry honey was wonderful.Apple pie in abundance because here in washington the apples are ripe.Blackberries too, but they will be getting soggy with the rains coming.bananna

I made chicken with apples and raisins. It was yummy.
