Restoration Movement

Hi all,

I was wondering if there were many people form a Restoration movement background here (Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, Church of Christ).

I was raised in a Christian Church, though I left it several years ago (for a variety of reasons, mainly to do with the local Church and not the movement as a whole). However, I've been reading the history of the restoration movement again recently, and I was wondering if anyone is here from that background.

I'm not but a good friend of mine at work goes to one of these churches. It is a fundamental Bible believing church, from what I understand.

i'm a 'mainline' church of Christ member. i think the rm idea, in it's original form, is the way to go. as usual, though, the sub-groups disagree on how to get 'there'.

I'm a member of the 'mainline' churches of Christ as well. I've just begun diving into the history of the restoration movement, too.
