Have any of ya'll read this book? I got it at the library and am reading it.
It is very interesting. It basically promotes a whole foods diet - no processed foods and only the meats that are deemed ok in the Bible and very little of those anyway. It gives the health benefits of eating whole foods and of avoiding processed foods.
Just thought I'd see if anyone here had read it.
