How do interact with your father in the heavens?

I don’t do any animal sacrifices, :D LOL but there’s some things I do as a routine to delight my Father. So every morning I sing a song to my Daddy and dance a thank you dance.
I also kiss him a lot. And when I talk to Him, I consider that He’s in the same room (like He is), and I talk very casually, because He’s quite fond of me. How’s your relationship with your Father?

I talk with our triune God throughout the day (not out loud though). Some things are just basic, other things are requests, some are praises of thanksgiving.... And some things are just downright silly, but He knows me and knows my sense of humor :)

My relationship with my Father is getting better by the day. I used to be very scornful of God, but I have since realised how wrong I was, I just didn't know Him like I do now.

I find myself turning more and more to Him, and ask His advice on most things now (hopefully one day, I will ask Him about all things, I'm getting there, slowly, but surely :) I always forget to say grace before I eat, for example :( very bad).

I am learning to apply His Word to my life (tough sometimes with the people I live with!!).

Maybe I should start doing the 'Praising His Holy Name' song and dance, like you do Benjamin, it sounds very cool :thumbsup:

I love the idea of the song and dance, Ben... though if I tried it my family would really not enjoy the sound!! I sing to Him a lot in the car tho, where no one except Him can hear!

The Father & I have chats all through the day with serious "sit-downs" twice a day.

I sing to him while I'm in the shower...I'm always hoping the acoustics in there will make it sound good for Him. Seriously...my voice is considered a Weapon Of Mass Destruction by the US government.


Thank goodness He said make a joyful noise...not a perfect one! HA!

I hear his voice in my mind when its quiet, and he is always with me no matter where I am, and how I'm feeling. Be it in an exam, in the ring, winded by hits, trouble. The lord is always with me and you, and he always welcomes us to even just talk to him. He always has time for us even as long as we truly believe in him.
