Just for fun and to find out stuff that will help you sleep better at night:P-Lets post any statistics or just useless trivia that you are aware of.

I will start.

The shortest sentence in the Bible is, 'Jesus wept' (John 11:35).

Paul's righteous anger against the Galatian Judaizers doesn't translate well into English...
I wish those who unsettle you would emasculate themselves! (Galatians 5:12)
...especially in American culture.

Does that count as trivia?

I think it is interesting the the 3 Hebrew children who were thrown into the fiery furnace are better known by their Chaldean names than their Hebrew names. Shadrach is Hananiah, Meshach is Mishael and Abednego is Azariah. Danial 1:7

One of my favorite passages, Elijah outran a chariot. 1 Kings 18:46.

There was a resurrection of saints at the moment of Christ's death. Matt. 27: 52-53

God altered the sun and/or its light three times in the Bible, for Joshua and Hezekiah. The intracacies are a topic unto themselves. Isaiah 38:8 Joshua 10:11–13

Using the genealogies and recorded lifespans in Genesis as literal, one can see a potential possibility that Melchezidek could have been Shem.

If an article makes all the difference, Christ appeared a number of times pre-incarnate. Many passages in the OT mention The Angel of the Lord instead of an angel of the Lord.

Good one Logus! Also on that note notice how OT people fall sown and worship The Angel. In Revelation the angel tells John not to do that.

John 13:4-9

4.He riseth from supper and laid aside his garments and took a towel and girded himself 5.After that he poureth water into a bason and began to wash the disciples feet and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded 6.Then cometh he to Simon Peter and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet? 7.Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now, but thou shall know hereafter 8.Peter saith unto him. Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not thou hast no part with me. 9.Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.:D

17 books out of the Old Testament are about the history of Israel.

The end of the 5 books credited to Moses describes his dying and sucession. The last chapter has to have been written by someone else.
