Since the jobs were offline for so long, we will be awarding everybody with an extra 2 weeks pay.

I will do it in a few days to give everyone more time to start their jobs.

Thanks for getting jobs back!

Does job money come automatically or will there be a collect button somewhere?

(any word on the bank?)

Can we get the countdown back of how much time is left before we can collect our salary?

Right now I don't even know where to collect it, but I'm assuming the "Leave Job" link will at some point change to "Collect Salary"? It would be nice to know when that will happen.

SA, I sent you a pm a few days ago and I haven't heard back, so I'll post the questions here. :) Thanks.

1. When will we have the SS nametag again?
2. When can we bless others?
3. When will be able to customize our own profile pages?
4. and I would like to know about the jobs too
5. what about the interest for our bank accounts or has that been discussed already and discarded?
Thanks so much
Jere

I just collected my CF job pay (900 blessings) a collect link shows up next to the leave job one. No, I didn't get 3 times the salary either perhaps that will happen next tuesday instead.

Jere,
we have been able to bless others for weeks. Look up top on right next to your username and click on the word purchase. a page will come up and the second choice on that page is DONATE. Enter the persons username and a comment and the amt of blessings you want to give them. (make sure NOT to use any commas in the amt your giving them. so type 1000 and not 1,000 or type 2000 and not 2,000) there is also a little box there you can check if you wish to give out the blessings anonymously.

Sir Adrian,
any idea when we will have blessing icons in each of our posts where we can EASILY give out blessings like we used to?

Thanks Karen for responding to me. I asked this question in a pm and here, several weeks ago I think. Never heard anything.
I also found out last night we can now customize our profile..I did not know that either. I could not find that in any thread. So, I asked some redundant questions. I hate it when I do that..

Jere,
no problem. They really need to put some announcements up for stuff thats been done. There is no announcement anywhere on how to do blessings that i know of so many probably dont realize you can bless.

I also just received base pay, no bonus pay.

SirAdrian
3rd July 2008, 11:53 PM
The pay was given to everyone around the 27th I think (everyone who had an active job).

I will soon be adding a bit more information on the jobs page when you are employed, including your last and next pay dates.

Done - it should be much more clear now.

Done - it should be much more clear now.

Thanks, that's helpful. Question though:

You are a Commander. Last Paid: 1st July 2008 - Paid Next: 8th July 2008

Does this mean the 24 hour clock is no longer in effect? In other words, can I get paid anytime on July 8, and then anytime on July 15, or am I still down to the hour/minute like it used to be?

I saw the post, but it wasn't clear. To me it read that the pay was given, not the bonus pay. If so, ..I don't think I got the pay..but, lol, how can ya tell??

Can that information be added to the jobs page, so we know without refreshing the page frequently throughout the day at what time we can collect our salary?

SirAdrian
4th July 2008, 02:47 PM
Done; when you are getting paid in the same day, it will say "Today" and also the earliest collection time.

Well, it was a one time thing so it's not a huge deal.

But, as I said, if you had an active job at the time, you received the blessings!

I don't see a PM being necessary when collecting, am I right?

No, Sir Adrian, we do not need a PM when we collect our salaries. But, due to the fact that we do not have a bank yet, and also because we have not had jobs for so long, and no salary to be collected, it would have been nice to have had a general PM that would have went out to all members (and I am sure this is possible ;)) to notify them, just as a common courtesy.

:) At least that's what I would have done, but I'm not the technician, so....:)
