For me it was just today.
For the past month I have been telling the Lord how sorry I was for being such a disappointment to him, thinking I really had nothing to offer him in service. Feeling like I just am not as smart, and will never be like others I know, where scripture and the ccc is concerned (among other things).
Today I had an apt. with my Spiritual Director Fr. K, as he was praying over me, the Holy Spirit directed him to say (without Fr. K not even knowing what has been on my mind)...
My Daughter, I am not disappointed with you. Be happy with who you are. I am not disappointed with you. I am here with you. I am holding you. I am happy with you. Have hope. I am pouring my healing on you. I am not done with you, not just through your work, but outside it. I am not done with you (he repeated that about 20 times).
I was in such awe of the Holy Spirit and how profound he works through this priest, I was on my knees and in tears. I absolutely could not believe what i was hearing.
Good gravy when the Holy Spirit moves, He really puts you in complete Awe in his presence.
So I was just wondering, when was the last time the Holy Spirit put you in awe. Care to share your story? Peace.

Don’t Give Up
Today's Scripture
“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up” (Galatians 6:9).
Are you believing God for something? Is it taking longer than you thought or expected? No matter how long you may have been standing, don’t give up! Your season is coming. Your harvest of blessing is on its way. It might be today, it might be tomorrow, it might be next week, next month or next year, but remember, at the right time you will experience your breakthrough. Be encouraged today because God is faithful and His promises are true. Keep standing, keep hoping, keep believing. Keep doing good. Keep declaring the promises of God over your life. Choose to be around people who are going to encourage you and fill your heart and mind with God’s Word. Let a song of praise come out of your mouth. As you continue to press on in faith and keep an attitude of victory, you will see your harvest of blessing and live as an overcomer in every area of your life.
A Prayer for Today
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your faithfulness in my life. Fill me with Your strength to keep doing good and standing firm until I see my harvest of blessing. Thank You for Your peace in my life. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
No Matter What

“I want you to know, brothers, that what has happened to me has really served to advance the gospel” Philippians 1:12 (ESV).
We all could learn quite a bit from the apostle Paul. He was deliriously happy and joyous because of what Christ had done in his life. Even when he was chained and shackled in a dark prison because of his faith, Paul praised God and was excited to deliver his message of the gospel. He says in Philippians 1 that he knew he was suffering for a purpose and that he rejoiced because of the advancement of God's message even when he couldn't be out preaching the gospel. My friend, you can't defeat a person who gives God praise no matter what! And the best part is that God can work in your life the same way He worked in Paul's. God can turn some of the worst possible situations into some of the most worthwhile experiences if you have the right attitude. Praise God today . . . no matter what!
Pray This:
God, I realize that You can take even my bad days and accomplish something great for Your glory. Thank You for the way You display Your power and love in my life. In Jesus' Name. Amen

Amen. This is beautiful Isabella and yes, the Holy Spirit moves in wonderful ways.
Just recently I was praying with a group of people and the sweet Holy Spirit poured over me with His love and goodness. I had goosebumps.
What a wonderful blessing and inspiration you are to me Isabella.
Victrixa, I love the Victorian styles too. I wish that we all could dress so eloquently and beautifully. I love the dresses back then.
God Bless

I call that "The Holy Spirit goosebumps"! I get that when the Holy Spirit is showing me that something is from Him, or when something someone says is directed from Him. He has never failed me in revealing when it it of him.
