Being that I don't know of a way to report an actual advertisement, and I don't think it is considered a bug, I'm not sure where to place this, but if I put it here, someone who knows will hopefully see it.

Anyways, simply put, an advertisement which directed to this site: http://convention.icna.org/?gclid=COnnkPnA-5MCFQRksgodH1C3bw
was found in the news and current events forum. So, if there is a way, you may want to try and stop non-Christian religious promotional advertisements, considering they break the rules and all ^_^.
