Sisterhood

Would any of the sisterhood be interested in an ongoing forum to discuss things like headcovering, modest dress, mikhvah - things that pertain to issues we Jewish women face?

I thought that was what this Orthodox forum was originally set up for. For those of us who practice MJ in a more observant way than those who are more church minded? Are you speaking of another forum outside this one?

If this is a sisterhood thread and you aren't a sister why not ask these questions on a thread you start yourself about your questions? I would love to persue your thoughts, but not in this thread. :)

That would be a good thread to start.
No I am thinking more of a support Q&A discussion (without spats) sharing ideas sort of thing that ladies would feel free sharing in a more personal way without menfolk.
I'm not sure how that all works on this forum as far as whether it would be a new forum, sub forum or just an ongoing chat thread.
Do we need a mod. for this sort of thing?

I run a headcovering group on yahoo. It is messianic but Christians are also welcome. It's called headcoveringUK (it's not exclusive to the UK, it just started that way.)

But there are also groups for headcovering, loving our husbands, and lots more on the messianic keepers at home on Ning.
