I can't seem to see where to create my character anywhere on CF..

Do I have a pop-up blocker that is not allowing me to see it..

to build your character you have to press "User CP" and then press change avatar then you have to press "make living avatar" then you can make a CF character. pretty easy once you change your CF character for a while. Yup!
