Having problems with character

My mother and I and some other folks are having problems when we go to edit our character. When I click on an item I get a error on page down in the lower left hand corner. Is this a glitch or is something else wrong. Please check into this and let me know. Thanks

I'm having the same problem. I can remove everything but not the eyes and the body.
