I have been called by my congregation to enter the office of public ministry as an elder. I will join 4 other men in a plurality of elders to lead our church.

The ordination ceremony will take place in a couple of months, when it can be scheduled.

It's a rather humbling responsibility.

Being an elder is humbling, but be mindful that the responsibilities that you will bear, are the Lords. Call upon him often, you are not alone. You have been blessed with an opportunity to serve Him!:clap:
