Mine doesnt, but if it did I would LOVE IT!!!

If you could host a Shavuot celebration what would you do?

Definitely not. My church is still struggling with the fact that there is a media screen at the front! Imagine, the current century encroaching on their traditional service! (Sorry...source of ludicrous debate and endless discussion distracting us all from what the purpose of attending is in the first place)

BUT, if they did I'd love to see a youth lock-in all studying scripture all night.

Thats what we use to do as well when I lived in Washington...Our Congregation not only studied all night.... but Games, Worship, Food, Skits, and interspersed was Study Workshops ALL NIGHT LONG...My kids loved it as they didnt have to go to bed at all if they didnt want to:thumbsup: We would have a massive food drive as well that weekend and we always attracted folks from other Congregations to come as well.

Do you all know about the tradition of staying up all night on Shavuot?
