Quick Reply Results In Error Saying I Double Posted [Archive]

Hi. When I use quick reply, I sometimes get an error saying that I posted a duplicate post when in fact, I didn't. What is going on here? :confused:

IMO it's just one of those things that "happens" (on various sites).
