This is a really really minor thing, but the lightbulb you click to rep someone shows up even if that person has their reps turned off. It should only show up on the posts of those who have their reps showing.

True. I had Reps turned off, then discovered that I wasn't getting messages (by way of Reps) from others. At the moment, turning Reps off doesn't keep people from Repping you, it only keeps you from seeing their messages.

That's how vBulletin is set up.
I assume this is the option in question: Show Your Reputation Level
Your current reputation level is displayed to other users whenever you post a message. If you would like to hide your reputation, disable this option.
It does not say disable; it just says hide.

Guess I'm just used to the way it was before the upgrade, when, if you unchecked that box, your reputation number didn't show and people couldn't give you reputation (the lightbulb, or whatever icon it was, disappeared along with your reputation when you unchecked that box).
