SS payment unclaimed

On may 17 I clicked on become a site supporter and made 2 payments. One $20 and one $5. Both are unclaimed and I do not have site supporter status. What up?

They don't have the SS turned on yet or set up yet.

Please speak to LeeD about this--- he handles the charges made for Site Supporter status. We *may* have the usergroup actually set up--- but I'm not sure 100%.

It must be at least partially set up. I have another account that is a site supporter and I don't see the adds with that account - a site supporter perk. But I do see the adds with this account.

My SS Ran out on my sock, but didn't know If I could sign back up yet.

Is this a known problem, then? My monthly subscription ran out today on my old bank card, and I've renewed on an annual subscription, but I've not had the benefits kicked in...If the system isn't functioning, then how come I was OK up until today, and I can still pay for my subscription, but not receive any benefits...I can't even PM a Mod about it cos my PM box is overflowing....One of the reasons I've been a SS is so I can keep all my PMs...I don't want to go & delete them all now...

Well, payment's been taken, & SS status restored... Thanks to whoever fixed it...hope it's all back to normal for everyone soon...

Ah, good. Took 6 days but I have SS status. I was worried - you have to be worried about the state of a site when they don't collect their money.
