Report feature and forums

Hi SirAdrian! We're trying to get these bug reports ironed out so that the critical ones are actually labeled critical for you. Our first one we label critical is the reports.

Per our earlier discussions....

1. We need confirmation from Jonathan on the loading aspect.
2. We need Ken to verfiy his code is ok on 3.7, and that it is still there.
