Nav Bar, Social Group post notices and Smilie Packs.

Just wondering if these things are coming back, going to be turned on or added to?

1.) We used to have a linkable nav bar that was real handy.

2.) There are tons of free smilies that could be added free of license that many would like to see.

3.) Social groups are a pain having to check them all the time without a way to be subscribed for new posts.


I know these are superflous items, just thought I would bump it up in the que in case there is any change in priorities as its been a while.
