if the bank interest & money allowed in bank will be the same as preupgrade

I have heard rumours that the bank going to have a limit of how much you can keep in it.

I know the techs are currently reformating and have reset the blessings on hand and given us 5000blessings to compensate.

I know the blessings in the bank will be the same as pre upgrade

But when the bank is back,
1. Will we be able to have more than 1,000,000blessings in the bank?
2. Will interest on the bank will be the same as pre upgrade?
3. Any idea when bank is returning?
4. When will we be able to send Character Item?
5. What are the new features of the bank?
