I haven't heard anything specific about PDA view timing, but it's important to a lot of people. I hope it's high on the list.thanks, i sure hope so

I wonder, those Statistics do reveal Facts, right? - and
I wonder, how *skilled*?? PROGRAMMERS  at "Christian Forums.com" are,
in resolving the growing, rising # of buggy ^_^ challenges, continuing being reported...
Can anyone answer these 2 questions, accurately, I wonder...

Please, please, please fix our rep trays. When you try to go to the second page of "Latest Reputation Received" you get N/A for who repped you. What good is that? I don't have time to be on in the morning, how can I tell who repped me? :( somebody wrote me a nice note, how am I supposed to tell who it's from? :( :( It's like getting a postcard with no signature. :( :( :(

Hello dear sister
I already wrote a BUG-report for that one ;) you can read
here: 476 2.0.0: Unable to see who is repping, past page one (http://christianforums.com/showthread.php?t=7238258)
27th May 2008
In response, SirAdrian sent me an Email, claiming:
"Dear sk8Joyful,
SirAdrian has just updated the properties to a Ticket you have submitted
entitled "Unable to see who is repping, past page one (http://christianforums.com/showthread.php?t=7238258)" -
in the CF2, The Updated site project at Christian Forums."
The "properties" he was referring to, were: "Not A Bug / Working As Designed".
Now, I knew that was NOT "true", as evidently more...
than seven members are having the same problem here, including yourself here just now.
WHEN?? will this specific BUG actually :) be resolved

I just opened another BUG-report:
http://img.christianforums.com/style/misc/navbits_finallink_ltr.gif (http://christianforums.com/tracker.php?itemid=495) "Not A Bug / Working As Designed" BUG
This is a Critical Unknown / General Ticket for 2.0.0 of CF2, The Updated site
Assigned Awaiting Feedback
2nd June 2008 04:42 PM "Hello -
That response: "Not A Bug / Working As Designed", which continues being handed-out,
while all the while more... CF-members are describing... & reporting the very SAME problem, has in & of itself become a BUG.
It is morally & ethically Wrong, telling people: "Not A Bug / Working As Designed", when obviously the problems still exist...
How about PROGRAMMERS' Honesty  as the least Standard, one should be able to trust, at a "Christian"-site."

Because quite honestly it could be working as designed / originally programed by the developer of the plugin.

I dunno, I might be willing to accept ^_^ that "explanation",
were it not for this post, in my earlier/referenced BUG-report, by Snoochface:
"snoochface (http://christianforums.com/member.php?u=96371) 2nd June 2008 04:36 PM
"If this isn't a bug and is working as designed, I'm calling shenanigans. a ridiculous design,
and considering that it HAD been working "properly" when CF2 was first released,
it seems highly unlikely that all of a sudden a nicely working feature no longer works
but is now being considered working as designed.
Please fix this. It's a bug. It worked before. It's broken now."

Hmm...looks like the big boards javascript hasn't been added back since the site was upgraded, doesn't it?

Have you updated the bug report to say that it used to work differently? That's the fastest way to communicate with Sir Adrian.

To me java is coffee. I was more looking at the longer trend as flat to down. The back door seems as large as the front door [at best].
I know a hundred or more conservative Protestants who left after 7-7-7 and have never returned. On the lighter side of the forum the absence or marginal repair of signature features (reps and pets and blessings) has lost folks too.
My 2 cents. Communication is 20% better with your and red stiletto's input but it is still much less than Erwin gave even at his busiest time. Communication helps people be patient. Help us understand where progress is being made and why it is slow in other places.

Hi Raven
You have interacted... with me, in Caring  & Considerate :) ways.
Communication, or shall we say *successful*-communication is a 2-way ;) street.
Meaning that "SirAdrian" at least -
1. investigated carefully the OP, & each... of the following people's similar challenges.
&
2. ASKed, relevant questions, in case he did not understand.
&
3. Followed-up, appropriately. Might you agree?
Sir Adrian, sent me an Email, & changed Report to: "Not A Bug / Working As Designed". Clearly, that's false.
But plain members, can NOT change that wrong back; or surely someone would have.
(maybe someone else, addicted to CF, wants to argue ^_^ with him about all that decaying mess.)
I chose (once again 3 yrs. ago) to live my real... life, and
honestly, I have much more... helpfully, constructive & *fun*... activities winning my time.
Yet, I do Appreciate :) Raven, each time you generously... Aid  members here. GOD Bless  *you*.

Can you please explain that? -
When I clicked on that, it said: "Rank 14 http://www.big-boards.com/img/info.gif (http://www.big-boards.com/highlight/94/) http://www.big-boards.com/img/stats.gif (http://www.big-boards.com/board/94/) Christian Forums. (http://www.big-boards.com/rd/94/)
And the number, under the Question-mark, was: "94". What does that mean??

If I'm correct, the 94 is just the site ID number for that website.
Sorta like your user ID number (122051) on this site.

Not exactly an upgrade question.... But...
Does anyone know if the colors of our "stars and bars" for repuation actually mean anything?

Yes. Communication helps us be patient.
Speaking of which, I am really unhappy that the "Reputation Received" panel does not give us the most relevant information of all--who repped us. When we click on "View All" we get N/A--I assume "not available" for who repped us. What good is this? Surely this could easily be fixed. After all, the "Reputation Given" panel does not have this problem.
I'm trying to be patient, but couldn't this be fixed?

If this has been asked, please excuse me, but I need to know something if you will. Is there anything else besides the CF dollies for us to spend our blessings on? I miss my pet rock, Rocco. I used to spend it on him, and now in order to spend it on a dolly, you have to give up your avatar, and I'm not willing to do that, so I forgo my character that I used to have (I have no more character! hehehe...a little funny, but not really :( ) Anywho...what can we spend our blessings on now? If nothing comes to mind...will we be able to spend our blessings on something in the future?
Just wondering what's going on lately. Sure miss the way it used to be. Thanks.

Just wondering what's going on lately. Sure miss the way it used to be. Thanks. There isn't really anything else to my knowledge to spend blessings on at the moment. However, there eventually will be, and I am very excited about it!! From what I have seen, it looks really cool, and I think it will be a lot of fun. Check this out....
