How do I get reimbersed 4 everything?

I would like to find out how I can turn in my old character and my armory and get reimbersed for all of it?

I have no desire to exchange it as I think the new 'living avatar' and armory looks distorted and too pixelated. Its sad to loose what was a good fun thing....;o((

Thank you... To my knowledge there will not be reimbursement for our pre-updated items. To compensate for our items lost, all items in the armory are either 0 or 1 blessing.
