Nothing works

I purchased items. No way could I equip them. i was told there is an equip button. There isn't. I was told to change items (which I am trying to do) drag the items. They do not drag. Nothign I do changes anything fon my avatar. Can Anyone help?:doh:

Same here. I've been trying for DAYS to equip eyes, hair, etc. I'm completely frustrated and have no desire to deal with this mess anymore.

I managed to equip mine - but now I need to know how to get the pic full size

an explanation in easy non geek terms would help

I have just spent more than an hour to set up my character and this is not counting the hour here and there through out the day.

I thought that I had FINALLY completed my new character, clicked "save" and all I got was the following error:
Invalid SQL: SELECT credits AS value FROM user WHERE userid = 185225
Error: Unknown column 'credits' in 'field list'
Error number: 1054
