Black box ?

Each time I try adding my football, there is a huge, black block or box in my avatar. Does anyone know how to stop this?

I remember seeing somebody else talking about that as well, but they seem to have found a solution because I saw the football with their character. But at the moment, I can't remember exactly who it was.
