The banked blessings will be returned to us - the amounts we had as of Tuesday when the site came back up.

The transfer of the armory inventory didn't work out unfortunately. So, everything will cost ZERO blessings for this first month after the upgrade to give people a chance to re-do what they had before.

For folks who bought one of the super-high priced limited edition items, you can contact me via PM or you can wait until I get a list of who bought those items and we'll work things out so you have the items again.

Did you notice an option to move back, forward to the left of the add in field?

You have to tell the program to move the item to the back. When you add something to your avatar, it is added on top of whatever's there.

Well, I appreciate the positive changes being made, especially with reinstating the whole Christian-only thing, but I think the basic dynamic that's evolved on CF over the years will be counterproductive and reactionary to any such changes, no matter how well-meaning and positive they may actually be. Unfortunately, a dialectical change is sometimes better in terms of gradual modification, as people tend to have short attention spans.

when you log in next time....tick a little box that says "remember me" it'll keep you logged in unless you want to log out

Tags are ways to group threads. Every Member here can give each thread two tags. For instance, I put in "What's New". Later, I'll find another thread that deals with the new changes here, and I'll tag that one "What's New", as well. Or you can. Or anybody.

Then, a quick way to find threads about new things here will be to click on a "What's New" tag--it'll list all the threads that've been tagged "What's New".

I just wish they would put this on priority to repair since it is quite important to me and others. The reps are important too as they are a big part of the relaxation part of this place. Further how is the blessing exchange even functioning with this messed up? That must have stopped most of the activity.

Lets face it these two items are an important part of what makes CF what it is.

They are working on everything. Many people had problems with the start white causing headaches, etc. I think we really just need to be patient.

Definitely much easier on the eyes. Things are still being tweaked and I think so far there has been much improvement. Maybe the green could be a light pink...that might work.

I like this new feature too - sometimes a thread would turn over and I'd miss it, then my subscription disappeared.

They are doing such a great job getting CF back to normal. The new color up by the avatars look very nice. The light tan? goes well with all the backgrounds. The writing is a black and easy to read. Now just waiting to increaser the size LOL.

I was wondering about two things. One, about our blogs. I see the blog

Yes, those will probably go away (back to our original numbers). I was "blessed" with a bunch from CaDan, and told they will probably be going away, so to play with them and have fun, so that is what I am doing...they are fun while they last, but I guess I should comment and let people know that they may go away.... :( Sorry about that!

I don't know how to bless someone with items, but if you look up there, next to the blessing amount there is a donate button, that you can use to donate blessings.

I think some people are copy/pasting the old blogs in from thier own records - I personally dont blog that much (a personal choice) and not sure about the 'christians only' in theology though that would be a difficult thing to do without a lot of flack from some of our non-christian members - but not having a space would pse problems for our christian members so whatever they do in that respect is a fine line that will have to be tread gently.

They're just threads now.

I would recommend using the "Search" function, and typing either your name, or the title of your blog and seeing what results come up.

If you see your blog, then you can post in it so that your subscription remembers it, and then you can proceed with transferring entries.

I dont know that that is possible - a lot of people downloaded all thier info onto thier harddrive before the shut down so they could retrieve it later.

The blogs aren't located in a special area. They're just jumbled together with the rest of the threads.

When was the last time you posted in your blog? What was it called? Maybe I can find it for you.
