This is to update everyone on the upgrade, and its compatibility with current features, such as the armory, blessings, and pets.
The current character items will be compatible with the new Living Avatars engine. I.e. all current armory items will be available after the upgrade. However, it won't be possible to transfer everyone's individual character items over to the new engine. For the first month of these upgrades, all character items will be free, so as to allow members to rebuild their characters.
All blessings can be transferred over to the new blessings/credits system. No one will lose their blessings.
In addition, site supporters from the past year will have their purchased blessings/credits doubled.
The pets from the current system will be compatible with the new P3TZ engine. I.e. the current pet items will be available after the upgrade. However, it won't be possible to transfer everyone's individual pets after the upgrade. For the first month of these upgrades, all pets will be free, so as to allow members to reattain their pets.
In addition, because members will be losing their pets, if you wish, a member of the Information Management team can recreate your current pet. That is to say, its name, the type of pet, and the date of its creation.
The upgrade will begin at 4 PM EST.
