Some website developer guy from what I gathered. He's turning the forums around into what they were before the 777 shift.

Erwin wanted a more secular site based on Christian principles. I do believe the nicene creed was done away with and everyone was on the same level pretty well. Non-christians could post anywhere and that was fine. He wanted integration and compassion it seemed. :)

ETA: They came into effect on July 7, 2007 (777)
