A vision not a plan, this three year in the making agreement in this document by the Israeli-Palestinian Archeology Working Group was unveiled before a conference attended by 50 Israeli archaeologists and government officials last week in Jerusalem. Brokered by US Archeologist's at UCLA and USC.
The accord was received with a mixture of hope and skepticism.
The agreement is based on the return of archaeological relics to their place of origin, wither on the Israeli side or Palestinian side of a future border.
