Can someone believe in Theistic evolutuion, and that the bible has mistakes in which concerns to science and history, BUT is innerant in religious issues, and still be considered a fundamentalist?

Sure. People are capable of believing just about anything.
For myself, I have trouble understanding how fallible, sinful man feels qualified to pick and choose which scripture omnipotent, infallible GOD made "mistakes" with.
Of course, some people don't believe that God is the author of the Bible, but those folks don't believe the scriptures are inerrant on any issue.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2 Timothy 3:16
