As the question has come up, here is a explanation of who is a member and what and how non-members can post.
As clearly seen in the FSG, members are those who agree with the Official 28 Fundamental Beliefs of Seventh-day Adventist Church (http://christianforums.com/t2180221-official-seventh-day-adventist-fundamental-beliefs.html) . Non-members can post in fellowship (http://christianforums.com/t7132637-definition-of-a-fellowship-post-in-the-forum.html) or as friends of the church and respectful of Adventist beliefs. As you can see below, the applicable parts are in blue:

Forum-Specific Guidelines for the Traditional Adventist Forum
The Congregation-Wide Guidelines (http://christianforums.com/t6899690) apply to this forum. They outline the basic membership and debate guidelines for this forum. Additional guidelines are explained below.
Additional guidelines on debate:
The main Traditional Adventist forum is a fellowship forum. Non-members may post in fellowship and Adventist members may give answers to questions asked, in accordance with official church statements and the 28 Fundamental Beliefs (http://www.adventist.org/beliefs/fundamental/index.html).Questions that are likely to lead to debate should be asked in the Debate/Discussion subforum (http://christianforums.com/f841-discussion-and-debate.html).
The Debate/Discussion subforum (http://christianforums.com/f841-discussion-and-debate.html) is mainly a debate forum. The guideline for who can post here allows for debates and discussions among members and non-members who are studying Adventist beliefs with the inclination to join the church or have shown they are friends of the church and respective of our Adventist beliefs.
The New Adventist/Bible Study sub-forum (http://christianforums.com/f842-new-adventist-bible-study.html) is mainly a Bible study forum for new members or advanced studies and the study of the daily Sabbath School Lesson and does not allow any debate. Only designated teachers may start or lead Bible study threads. Designated teachers must be members in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church for at least one year, must have an application that has been approved by the members on file, and sign off at the sign-in thread within the forum that agree with the requirement that their posts and threads will be in accordance with official church statements and the 28 Fundamental Beliefs (http://www.adventist.org/beliefs/fundamental/index.html) before starting their thread. New teachers applications will be brought before the members and if any challenges, a vote of 50% plus one, to approve them will be taken. Any teacher violating any of the rules of this sub-forum will lose their teacher status, and their study thread will be closed. Bible studies can deal with any subject that is in harmony with Scripture. Studies and their discussions must be in agreement with the 28 Fundamental Beliefs (http://www.adventist.org/beliefs/fundamental/index.html) of the Seventh-day Adventist church.Statement of Faith:

"A Special Message from your Moderators..."
Sabbath is our time with God. In addition to resting and worship, the Sabbath is reserved for a quiet time of fellowship and Bible study for us.
Therefore during this time period, we kindly request that fellowship replace debate, to allow members to observe the Sabbath according to their beliefs. You may not see us working reports during this time (unless it's an emergency), and while we will still be here for you, we encourage members to rest and relax with us.:groupray:
Please take into consideration the different time zones as well, and respect that even though your Sabbath may be over, others may still be in theirs:prayer:.
