I don't understand how they could ask for anything other than his excommunication...and I don't understand how that is in any way a matter of the criminal courts. You Catholic folks always confuse me. ;)

Fr. Ricks denomination doesn't have the authority to excommunicate him, so it is a bit confusing.

True there is no use involving "criminal courts"
