Luke 21:10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:

Every wondered what is the difference? I had a thought. The nation of God is Israel. But the Kingdom of God is made up of His believers.. When you apply that to the verse, then you have a political war and then a religious war.

When has spiritual not had a physical. Even a thought when conceived is born.

When has spiritual not had a physical. Even a thought when conceived is born. But you are saying that these are both physical by saying a political and religious war, I am saying that Yeshua is saying that there is a physical , 'nation rising against nation', but what is behind it is two spiritual kingdoms ( kingdom against Kingdom), the kingdom of this world who he tells us is HaSatan, and the Kingdom of G-d, those who worship him alone. Those are the forces behind the nations rising against nations.

A good example would be the Arabs rising up against Israel. It is like Israel in Egypt all over again, but in a different setting. The mighty power ( Egypt) is now in her descendants ( remember Ishmael's mother was an Egyptian) the Arabs that surrounds little Israel, But Israel, even though small and surrounded will not be moved because the true G-d is on her side! And thus who he is , is exulted!

I was thinking of World War 1 and 11 are political wars but this battle with Islam is a religious war and because it involves many nations of Islamics, the battle can spring up anywhere and because it is a belief system that goes tothe death.. it is way different than defeating ideology.

Islam has been around for over 1300 years, , Christianity around for 1900+ years, and both have been fighting a religious battle, that is not to say it is spiritual, or For G-d but I see that is is the opposite. Both say they do things in the name of God, but which one? And who has always been their common enemy? Which nation?

I believe that it is more to do with the idea that nation is political and kingdom is religious. Yeshua didn't specify any particular nation or kingdom when he said that there "would be" which seem to indicate that what malgamates hence forth from His time will engulf the world... and the world wars do that...

True, but you could also look at Islam and Christianity as being world wide spread and those religious wars raging on and on for centuries in a different way, no?
