My hope in starting this thread is 2-fold:

1. It's a good way of reminding ourselves to make prepartions.

2. It's a good teaching tool for newbies. :pink:

So please, each day you do something (anything!) in preparation for Passover, please list it no matter how lame you think it may have been.

I'll start:
Today, I thought about going to a specialty market for purchasing Matzah. ^_^ Now I have to actually get myself there. (There is no matzah to be found at my local grocery store).

Anyone have a tried and true Matzah soup recipe?

Thanks for this thought K,
Today my goal is to start cleaning the upstairs, and to make a finalized list for the Seder dinner and meals with recipes for the week.
I would love a Matzah ball soup recipe....anyone have an easy one...?
One fun thing I've already accomplished is getting toy frogs and "pestulance...bugs" along with K4P marshmellows (hail)for the kids during the Seder. We've not done that before...
One more goal today is to have a list for the children (ages 12 and 16) and the plan for what they can do to help get ready...
Ready, set, go!
Shalom, Pam

 What will you do with these plagues? Scatter them on the table? Pull them out through the readings?

I already started a thread a couple days ago , basically so the newbies could learn from those who have done but continue to learn. It's about Passover preparation, and the snafoos we encounter, as well as hints and tips on getting ready.

Thread is here :) (http://christianforums.com/t7120818-passover-preparation-snafoos-finds-disastersplagues.html)

I also posted in the op a link for those coming from a Christian background, it's an easy read, one page.

I sold my chametz today via Chabad.
Figured I better do it now before I forgot....

Sunday I went and got our apartment ready for Pesach,
just have to clean out the ice box today and cover
the shelves...not living there full time makes it hard
to clean so I figured best get every thing done today
so it will be set for next week...
