View Full Version : First time in a Messianic congregation.

Last night, a friend whom is for all intents and purposes non-denominational convinced me to go. It was very interesting. :) I'd say the church was a combination of non-Messianic Judaism and conservative Christianity. The chants, some of them in Hebrew, were beautiful. The opening of the ark...that was almost a surreal moment.... Oh, and I specifically remember somebody's comment that G-d's name was partially hyphened out due to sheer reverence for His name, not to avoid it. That helped a lot. :)
