Have the reputation bars permanently changed or is it still being fixed?

Before I noticed the bars were together, and now the green and yellow bars are apart.

Is this a glitch or have the graphics changed?

I believe it's a glitch due to site issues. It should be fixed when the final upgrades are in place.
