There is a virus going around that saying something to the effect of :

Is this your picture? click here to see it!

Do NOT click on this link, its a virus!! Anyone can be sent one by any person! If you are signed on, you will most likely receive one of these.

I got one of these today. I clicked on it since it was from a CF member. I wonder now what I've done.

Well, I didn't click on such a thing (never received it, even), and my Dell just came down with a virus (just what are those useless anti-virus programs for???) ... and so I formatted the HD and reinstalled. Nothing else could be done.

I got one through messenger when I had it on. Started clicking then my computer asked me if I was sure. My brain kicked in and I deleted it and closed messenger.

I got one of these today. I clicked on it since it was from a CF member. I wonder now what I've done.

I would run a Virus Scan first off ;)

I have received this from one person, who has now had to make another msn account, as it just sends them to everyone on his list when he logs on.

There is an exe file you can run to get rid of the Photo virus if your having trouble, but preferably just use a virus scanner :)

Where can I find one of these viruses? If I can kill my laptop then maybe my company will buy me on that runs XP instead of Vista! :pink:

If you can get it to die, ask them for a MAC. Mucho better.
