What is messianic juddaism? What does it belive? Does it follow practicces similar to orthodox jews? Are you really descended from Jewish believers or are you another denomination started by a man who wanted a return to biblical christianity?

What is messianic juddaism? What does it belive? Does it follow practicces similar to orthodox jews? Are you really descended from Jewish believers or are you another denomination started by a man who wanted a return to biblical christianity?

"Messianic Judaism" is usually a blanket term to describe those who believe that Jesus is the Messiah, and follow the Mosaic Torah (dietary laws ("kosher"), donning of tzitzit, civil laws, etc.) as Jesus taught. "Messianic" is not really a denomination, per se, but an adjective. It is probably just about as diverse as Christianity :)
