Shoes? And how to wear the Esther gown?

Whatever happened to all the shoes? It seems like many of the gorgeous gowns offered in the Armor store don't have appropriate shoes to go with them. What is a woman of prestige supposed to do with out matching shoes for her gowns? It is just a question I have wondering about? Many of the gowns are so long that shoes don't show any way. But I mean really? Would you go out with out shoes? ;) And another thing, I bought the beautiful Esther's gown but the hair makes it almost impossible to wear it. What is a potential beauty queen to do? Can't wear my new dress. And I thought it was soooo beautiful. Any ideas?

For the Esther dress, use the bangs or the underneath hair. If you have any shoes that you have in mind for any dresses, please feel free to make a request thread in the Armor Request forum :)
