Private message problems

I'm having issues, my message notification is saying my PM is from one person when infact it is from someone completely different

I am currently trying to send private messages to some people because of a crisis here on CF.
But when I reply to them the system tells me to wait 60 seconds.
So I wait over 60 seconds and I try to submit my PM and the same stupid thing happens again and again.
Can you all please fix this.
Why didn't you all test this on a test server before doing it on the production server?
Please advise.

They should of tested all the upgrades on a test server before upgrading the main computers to make sure everything works correctly.
If they would of done that, then we wouldn't be having problems with this board.
