Thank you.

The total blessings I spent was 565, but with the blessings refunded for my reurns (187), there will be a difference of 378 blessings.

If you would refund the 378 blessings, I would appreciate it.

Also, I am still a little confused about that background/foreground thing. I don't always have (or even want 3 special items at a time, so is there any other way to make an item appear in front or behind if I want? I had thought that whatever option I clicked on when viewing that item would be where it was located when I went to "get" it.

The directions for characters and items are completely too few and unhelpful. Any plans to make them more helpful and clear?

I bought an entire St. Patrick's Day outfit (pixie dress, wand, wings). The wings only show in front of my character instead of on her back, where they belong.

I thought that I had clicked on the wrong button and asked for them to be placed in front of her. So I returned the defective wings and ordered them in the background - I thought. Well, the "new" ones did the very same thing.

The entire outfit is no good without the wings, so I completely wasted my blessing on the entire outfit. How can I get a full refund on the entire outfit that I wasn't able to use?

I am really new here, and I have asked around, but no one seems to know where to go for complaints/returns. Am I in the right place?

Thank you,
~Connie

Ok, the first thing to remember is that the wings are equipped as a Special Item. You have 3 spots available for the Special Items, including those wings. The third Special Item spot is reserved for a background, and anything equipped in that third spot automatically appears BEHIND the character.

Simple answer is this:

equip two OTHER special items first (wand, jewellery etc.), then equip the wings LAST; they will automatically appear behind your character.

I'm really sorry you didn't get this resolved in time for St. Patrick's Day. I hope this helps!

Thanks a million..."Million". I wish I had known to come here and ask BEFORE I wasted my money/blessings.

No way to return and get a full refund? I can't use any of these items for another year.

If you would refund the 378 blessings, I would appreciate it. Right now, I have 14442 total blessings.

No, actually the position you see in the preview is what it would look like in either of those positions.

The only way to have something like wings appear behind you is to choose two others to go in front. Unfortunately with the system the way it is right now, that's the only work-around.

There is a thread I have made HERE (http://christianforums.com/t6299020-how-do-i-get-my-character.html), with instructions that have been helpful to others. Take a look, and if there's anything still confusing, let me know and I'll try to walk you through it. :)

I'm sending over the blessings refund too. We'll get this figured out.

You have to equip two other items before the item you want to be behind you, BUT you don't have to keep the other two items equipped after you equip that one behind you.

ETA: Ok this is getting really annoying with the wacky times and posts not being in order, etc.
