New Feature: Local Time for each member!

You now know what timezone each member is at - the local time for a member is located next to their avatar underneath their "Online/ Offline" status as a pink color time.

This is useful if you want to know if the member is awake or asleep, or if you want to PM a member etc.

Don't forget to go to "User CP" and "Options" to set your own timezone!
