General Conference is coming up. What is likely to change?

What (if any) major changes or shifts in focus do you think might come out of the upcoming General Conference?

Perhaps we in WP could be in prayer for the Conference.

I have no idea because honestly I am not all that aware of the particulars. I know there is a bit of a schism between liberal and conservative methodists, but I haven't really thought about the issues. I'm probably in a bit of denial over it.

I think prayer is an excellent idea.

Very little will change. I would change to Episcopal right now if their ritual wasn't so convoluted. That's a joke. I will stay UMC and fight for what is right.
