How do I award Reputation Points?

How do I award more than 1 Rep. Point? :scratch:
I would be grateful for a step by step instruction, [I am a dummy when it comes to computors!] as one poor soul has only got 1 rep. point from me and I couldn't see how I could give more - since it just comes up with comment space and then to press rep. points bar which resulted in him getting just 1 point! :sigh:

To rep someone click on the hand below their name left hand side http://www3.christianforums.com/images/buttons/reputation.gif

If you wish to give more than 1 rep to the same person...you have to find another post as you can not rep the same person more than once on the same post.
