How do you make a screen shot of a CF character?
PS--Mods, I didn't know where to put this post; so if you can think of a better place, be my guest :)

Hi Rita
1) Make sure your web browser is open and the character you want to capture is on the screen.
2) Find the key labelled "Print Screen" on your keyboard and press it... Often, it has to be pressed with Shift too.
3) Open Paint (which comes with Windows) or a graphics application. Paint is opened from Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint
4) Do a paste operation - so, either CTRL and V or "Paste" from the Edit menu. If an image of your screen doesn't appear, go back into your web browser and try clicking Print Screen with Shift again.
5) On the toolbar on the left, click the "Select" tool - on the top row - looks like a dashed rectangle.
6) Drag the mouse around the character you want to capture.
7) From the menu, select Edit > Copy To and save the file.
8) Upload the file to the web - such as Photobucket (optional)
9) Paste the image into a thread (optional)
However, if you're ever going to do a dressup game, it's much quicker to use my online system which does all the above for you in a few seconds. Let me know if that's the case! :)
