I was talking to a new member and he thinks he can only post in the new member intro section unless he has a certain amount of posts. Is this a new rule? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

The debate area has a 100 post minimum I think, but that is the only area that has such a restriction that I know of

Thank you - I haven't heard back from him since I told him to try a couple others while he was waiting to reach his 100 post mark.
