Salvation debate

I am just posting this as a formality. I initiated via private message an invitation to Wilfred of Ivanhoe to debate this topic and he accepted. We have both agreed we would like to engage in a one on one debate and have decided to present our cases from the Scriptures (and personal experience) soley. I am confident --(as is he)--that both sides can be presented using only the Bible as source information. I will make the initial arguement in about a week or so, this is just to let the moderators know.

What are the rules and the format for this debate?

I plan (and assume Wilfred of Ivanhoe does to) to follow the rules and format as outined in the formal debate rules.

My position is in opposition to Once saved always saved, but as far as how I will present that... I still need to iron that out with Wilfred of ivanhoe, as there is some calvinistic doctrine such as election and predestination that could potentially confuse the issue. I woud prefer to to do so privately with him before we begin, but I think we have generally agreed to the premise.
