Marty Goetz is going to come to our neck of the woods this fall. We will be doin' some dancin when he comes. We are going to hold a few dance workshops and things. We have a cloth dance to "For Zion's Sake" and we have requested that he play that song in particular!

I have a new grandbaby! Two weeks old yesterday. I will have to remember next time I take pictures to change the image so I can upload a peek at her (files are too big at present).

Thank you. She was a tri-hi-y (whatever that was) and a pep-et on the bull whip team in Texas. She was in television in Amarillo in the late 1970's. But no she was not a cheer leader. She was a runner up in Miss West Texas.

The sky was in Southern California at a place overlooking the ocean.

Hope things are going well for you. I saw Ted Pearce and sons a couple of weeks ago. Alex and Wes are really comming along and add a lot. This is the 4th time in a year I've seen him; guess I'm an official groupie of his now.:) I think he likes Florida (esp in winter).
Our praise team also likes him a lot and we have added three of his songs lately.

I knew his parents... his mother passed about two three years ago?? His father Shel is a real tsadik. I guess they hadda move him to the home for the aged. He used to have at the crowds for Jesus at the Beach and Balboa park. I used to deliver their mail in Vista back in the day.

I have been busy. I am working part time at a dept store and am working on my resume to apply to teach again next year. It has been 8 years since I taught so it is a bit daunting. I was in a car wreck a month ago and my van was totalled. It took ins. a long time to figure that out. We just found a used van we will buy and we hope to have it by Wed. I have been seeing a chiropractor and am feeling a lot better now.
My oldest dd is going to be in the school play and is busy with rehearsals - she is going to be an oompa loompa. She is 15 and we are working on parent taught driver's education. :eek: My son is busy with soccer and boy scouts and my baby is in kindergarten and in daisy girl scouts.:swoon: :tutu:

We're ok other than me getting over a cold and DH now having it. . .

I just went through all the things my mom and family sent for the baby and sorting them this weekend.. I think once we have the crib and shelving setup, I can start washing the Newborn to 3 month old clothes, all the blankets and wash cloths etc... I'm amazed at how much stuff we have! We still have a few more things to pick up in the next 11 weeks, but I think we'll make it ok :)

Hey all - I'm not around here much anymore, too much to do, and not enough hours...

New job where I work on-line 100% of my work time, plus being site admin on a Photoshop site uses up my computer time pretty quick.

Just got back from a week long family reunion in Jamaica, and now I have jury duty for the next two weeks. Waiting to hear if I'm going to get selected for a major trial that is expected to last a few weeks. Grandma may never babysit again by the time it's over if I do. :)

Yes our congregation is still meeting in a building on our property and we are slowly working away on improvements as time and finances allow. Just expanded the parking area, and added a covered patio.

I am an on-line media manager for a custom photobook company. If you ever want to know about making a coffee table style photobook (or digital scrapbook) just shoot me a pm. I'd be happy to give you info on it. Might be something you would find useful to record your son's gymnastic exploits.
