How come I can't rate anyone??

Every time I try and rate someone I get this message

This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view.

Why am I getting this message when they are registered? I get this every time I try and rate a member.

it's a bug but the rate does still go through. We're still not sure why it gives that message lol

I tried on someone like 3 times in a row, so I wonder if all 3 rates went through??

Has anyone else asked about this?

lol yes we get this question frequently, but it's ok... it's one of the few bug questions I actually know the answer to :P
