Do that for three days.

If there is no sign of improvement in 24 hours she may need to be taken to a doctor for antibiotics or the hospital for surgery.

Colloidial silver from the health food store is more effective than antibiotics and doesn't have the bad effects on your system. I cured an abcess (spelling?) with it.
